Organic protein foaming agent for cellular concretes "RELAN"
Foaming agent for cellular concretes "RELAN" is a single-component product from hydrolytic protein. Some additives are added into foam concrete making process influenced on the cement hydration as much as possible.
By organoleptic analyses it is an odorless dark brown liquid, without solid inclusions.
The foaming agent fully keeps its working characteristics without losing its working features at freezing and defreezing.
The manufacturer has made all tests on the equipment of leading companies produced foam concrete blocks and cast-and-situ foam concrete.
The constant results were obtained in the range of densities from 120 kg/m³ up to 800 kg/m³. At ambiance temperature from +5°С to +70°С "RELAN" allows to receive foam weight from minimum level 20 g/l and more with recommended concentrate consumption of 0.8-1,2 liters (depending on water hardness) for 1m³ of foam concrete.

Full water solubility.
Foam stability up to the first drop in the open air is from 360 to 900 sec., depending on temperature of the working mortar of the foaming agent and foam weight.
The stability in cement mortar is from 95-98% depending on the graine-seize of raw materials of cellular concrete and mixing mode.
Optimal water-cement ratio is 0,47-0,53, РН - 8...9.
Storage temperature: normal - +15-20 °C, permissible - +35 °C.
It should avoid the straight sun rays at high temperatures!
Freezing temperature is -10 °C.
Storage life is 1 year.
