Mixing complex RBS 500(1000) HYACINTH

The mixing complex RBS 500(1000) HYACINTH is one of the most demanded mixing equipment manufactured by the machine building company "Stroymechanika". It showed itself to good advantage as at manual loading as a part of the process lines. It is intended to produce foam concrete of density of 250-1400 kg/m³. The production of the foam concrete with low density became possible due to application of foam generator TRITON 5M as a part of the mixing complex. The capacity of the complex is 80 m³/shift using as a part of the automated mixing complexes.

Mortar mixing plant KORVET 300 SUPERMIX by the production of machine building plant "Stroymechanika" is intended to mix high quality mixes on light-weight aggregates, such as foam concrete, by density 300-1600 kg/m³, polystyrene concrete, by density of 250-1200 kg /m³, the foam generator TRITON 5M is applied to produce foam concrete mix or similar to it. It is possible to make light-weight mixes with aggregates size up to 10 mm applying mortar mixing plant.
