Commissioning

The machine building enterprise "Stroymechanika" renders the services of putting into operation and adjustment of the equipment. The commissioning by its character and purpose are the prolongation of installation operations. The production of customized construction materials by density and dimensions in required quantity per specified time with recommendations, regulating characteristics of technological process is the result commissioning.

The commissioning carries out in case of the developing of the new products productions and includes the inspection of the equipment for readiness to be put into operation by complex testing of all machines and mechanisms with trial start specified by the project and equipment adjusting.

The commissioning includes the following stages:

• ordering for commissioning by a customer;
• signing of the commissioning contract;
• visit of a specialist;
• preparatory works;
• putting into operation of the equipment;
• complex testing of the equipment;
• finished works;
• acceptance report of commissioning.

Preparatory works - administrative and engineering side of the works; studying of project and engineering documentation; verification of mounted equipment and its readiness to be put into operation; participation in individual tests of the equipment; inspection of work places in accordance with production requirements, industrial safety rules, fire safety and labor health; drawing up of list of defects, failures, violations and deflections, recommendations and propositions to eliminate them, verification of raw materials quality, the main and auxiliary materials, presence of steam, energy, water; operations and program scheduling; check of cutting mechanisms, conveyors, receiving mechanisms, handling devices; adjustments and regulation of cutting, conveying, batching devices and mechanisms, hydraulic drives, and pneumatic devices and others.

Putting into operation of the equipment - guidance of working personnel on work places; inspection of installation points of the devices and mechanisms to control the operation of equipment according to certificate data; ensuring of interacted operation of all systems with elimination of noise, vibration, обеспечение взаимосвязанной работы всех систем с устранением шума, вибрации, adjustment of synchronism, leak check; trial start of the equipment according to project scheme with control system on idle and under load; technological adjustment of eth equipment during the trial start; start of the equipment under load.

Complex testing of the equipment - test of equipment, lines, installations, in idle run and operating modes with adjustment of technological process; ensuring of stable operation of the equipment and launching of products, specified in the project.

Finished works - development and creation of recommendations of equipment operation and efficient operating mode; working out the technological report and commissioning acceptance report.
