Complex setting accelerator and hardener of all types of concrete and reinforced concrete products FORT UP-1
FORT UP-1, as other complex agents of series FORT "UP" represents a dosing mix of powdery and fine-crystalline components. The agent corresponds to fourth danger class (low-hazard agent). It dissolves in warm water (up to +40°Ñ). In case of need it can be added in power-like state into cement-sand mix dissolved in warm water (+30 - +40°Ñ).
The agent FORT UP-1 is added in concrete mixes and solution of mixing water 0,5 - 1,5% from cement mass. The exact dosing of FORT UP-1 depends on model and concrete mix, cement type and condition of definite production.
Application FORT UP-1 allows:
- Accelerate the strength in 50% and more within 24 hours at setting in normal conditions (<=+20°Ñ), increase the final strength in 20% and more.
Note: the agent is efficient at temperature +50°Ñ too.
- At TVO:
a) increase the product strength in 50% and more just after steaming;
b) increase the final strength in 20% and more within 28 days after steaming.
Agent application allows:
- plasticize additionally concrete mix;
- low water dehydration;
- save initial mobility;
- freeze-thaw durability and water impermeability of ready products.
As a result application FORT UP-1 allows:
- Save cement up to 20% per 1m³ concrete.
- Increase turnover of framework.
- Reduce building periods.
Note: agent efficiency increases considerably at combined (separate) use with LST.
Application area: all types of concrete and reinforced concrete products allowed the use of sulfate agents.

Package, delivery conditions, manufacturer's guarantees
The agent is launched in power state, the package is 20 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene inserts. Delivery conditions: self-delivery - any quantity; by rail - from 1 tones. Expiration date of dry complex agent is 1 year from manufacturing date.
