FORT UP-2

The complex concrete agent FORT UP-2 is used in the production of large range of concrete and reinforced concrete products. Due to high efficiency of the agent as a setting accelerator, it is successfully applied in cast - in-situ construction and production of moulding concrete products. The application of the agent allows to produce concrete articles according to non-steam-curing technology at temperature of the production shops from +10°С and more. A plasticizer in the agent gives possibility to serve a lot the cement consumption a lot (up to 15%) without strength reduction of products.

Recommendations in use
Modifier FORT UP-2 is added into the concrete mixes and solutions with mixing water by weight of 0,5-2,5% from the cement mass, of dry matter equivalent. The agent is compatible with other plasticizing and accelerating agent (the application compatible with nitrates, lignosulfonates, and others agents is agreed with the manufacturer).

The application of modifier FORT UP-2 allows:

• to provide the strength up to 70% from rated strength within 24 hours in conditions of normal setting;
• to turn off the boiler room at 1° from +15°С at full refuse of stem curing;
• to reduce considerably the mode of stem curing processing (in winter, using FORT UP-2 it is possible to reduce isothermic parameter up to 2 hours, mode of steam curing-rise and isothermic parameter at t°=30-50°C);
• to increase workability and reduce unmixing of concrete mix;
• to increase cold resisting property and water resistance of concrete contractions;
• to save up to 15% of cement without reducing of quality;
• to increase the final strength of articles up to 150% from rated one.

Test results

Application of FORT UP-2: reinforced constructions; reinforced constructions with non-stressed working reinforcement by diameter more than 5 mm; constructions and as well as joints without stressed reinforcement of precast and cast-in-situ constructions having reinforcement bars or embedded parts with combination coating (alkaliproof, lacquer and other protection layers upon metallic subleayer), and layers without embedded parts and design reinforcement; concrete and reinforced concrete constructions intended for exploitation in aggressive and non-aggressive aquatic environment at constant sinking; the agent FORT UP-2 is used with no restrictions in concrete articles, paving tiles, foam concrete, except for one thing - the application of specified agent at use of aggregates with inclusion of reactive silica is forbidden.

The calculation of economic efficiency of agent use (in case of full refuse of steam curing) taking into consideration the transport expanses is made according to the following formula:

where:
n - saving ratio;
Z - gas cost (steam) per 1 m³ of reinforced concrete (RUB/m³);
X - agent cost per 1 m³ of reinforced concrete (RUB/m³);
Т - transport expanses;
m - quantity of transported agent in kg.
Though Z can include the operating cost for maintenance of boiler houses and network, capital expenditures for boiler house modernization and other optional costs connected with maintenance of power system of a enterprise.

Packaging, delivery terms and manufacturer's guarantees
It is supplied in power like state, the package is 20 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene inserts. Delivery term: EXW - any lot; by railway - from 1 tone. Class of hazard - IV (low-hazard substances). Expiration date of dry complex agent - 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
